Electroneum support is now closed

As per the Terms and Conditions, social media announcements, and multiple emails that we have sent you the Electroneum App (and my.electroneum.com) ETN-Network Wallets and the support system for those wallets is now closed.

We are sorry that you will no longer be able to access your ETN-Network Wallet via the ETN app or my.electroneum.com. If you downloaded your private key, you can continue to access and use your wallet via another provider such as Zypto or MetaMask.

This does not affect any ETN paper wallet that you may have generated. You will be required to migrate any older ETN paper wallets (wallets generated before March 3rd 2024) to the current blockchain. This should be completed as soon as possible as the old non EVM blockchain is deprecated and will be turned off at the end of 2026.

Any ETN remaining on the old chain that has not migrated over the bridge to the new chain will be lost, so please double check your old paper wallets from the past.

To migrate your ETN paper wallet you can use the GUI Smartchain Migration Tool - this will generate you a new paper wallet on the new EVM compatible blockchain (note: it could take hours or even days to run depending on your hardware specifications). Support for the process is available via the Electroneum telegram channel and social media. Remember not to share your private keys with anyone, even someone claiming to be able to help you. No member of the Electroneum team or ETN-Network will ever ask for your private key. The reason we have provided software to allow you to perform this action yourself is to ensure your private keys never leave your control.

Thank you for your continued support of the ETN-Network.

Please continue to follow our social media channels for news and updates on all future projects.
